Rental & Lease Agreements
Red Hawk Run Community Association will reserve the Hawks Nest and Recreational Room subject to availability upon receipt of rental fee ($25), security deposit ($100) and your signed rental agreement. The Hawk's nest is located at the center of the community, furnished with tables and chairs and equipped with restrooms. The Recreational Room is a larger space located at the North Barn and is also equipped with restrooms.
The North Barn is available for Red Hawk resident storage of golf carts or mowers at a fee of $15.00 per month or $ 150.00 per year. An additional spot for $10.00 a month or a total of $250.00 per year. This will be a first come first serve basis. In addition to inside parking a large parking area is available outdoors for cars, trucks, trailers etc. These vehicles cannot exceed seven foot and/or be visible to the surrounding neighbors.
